These terms apply to plumbing services provided by Call My Plumber in Mansfield and a 30-mile radius.

Quotations and pricing

Pricing is explained before work begins. Where a quotation is given it is based on the information available at the time. If the work required changes once the problem has been inspected, we will explain this and agree the revised price with you before continuing.

Booking and attendance

We aim to attend emergency call-outs as quickly as possible. Attendance times depend on your location, traffic and current workload, and are an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking or on completion of the work.

Workmanship guarantee

Eligible repairs are covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. The guarantee covers our workmanship and does not cover unrelated faults, pre-existing damage, or parts supplied by others.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited.
