How we got here
From bathroom fitting to emergency call outs
We fitted bathrooms for the first few years. The evening calls kept coming and we kept turning them down because we were mid job somewhere else. Eventually we dropped the installation work and built the business around emergencies instead.
Old lead pipework does not surprise us and neither does a cellar full of water. If a job needs a specialist, scaffolding or the water board, we say so rather than guessing.
How we work

The phone rings the plumber
We answer the phone ourselves and can tell you what the job involves before we drive out.

Price before work
A number on the phone, confirmed on the doorstep. We do not start until you say yes.

We leave it dry
Wet vac out, towels down, old parts taken away with us.

Stocked vans where we can
Our vans carry common parts, so many jobs are finished on the first visit.

We come back
If our repair fails, quote the job reference. No second call out charge.
06
Straight about limits
If a job needs a specialist or the water board, we say so instead of guessing.
Hours
When we answer
Emergency line: 24 hours, every day of the year, including Christmas.
Standard rate: 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Evening and weekend rate: 6pm to 8am, plus Saturday and Sunday.
Booked non urgent work: weekdays from 8am, usually within three days.
