How our emergency call-outs work.

Availability

Our emergency line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.

Response times

We aim to reach you as quickly as possible, with many emergency call-outs attended within around 45 minutes, depending on location and traffic. This is a target and not a guaranteed arrival time.

Service area

We cover Mansfield and a 30-mile radius. If you are unsure whether your property falls within our coverage area, please call and we will confirm.

Before we arrive

If water is escaping, turn off the supply at your stop tap if it is safe to do so, and keep electrical equipment away from affected areas. We will help you locate your stop tap over the phone before setting off.

Assessment and pricing

We offer a free plumbing inspection or assessment and provide free quotes. Pricing is explained before any work begins and we do not start until you agree.

Guarantee

Eligible repairs are covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If a repair we carried out fails, call the same number and quote your job reference.
